Here you will find an overview of our shipping conditions and information about your privacy strip delivery. The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to Austria and Switzerland.

Shipping costs for parcel delivery within Germany:
GLS shipping costs: 6.90 EUR - free shipping for orders over 250 EUR!
Bulky goods surcharge for large products up to 200cm: +15.00 EUR
We send parcels with GLS free of charge for orders over 250.00 EUR. This means that the flat shipping costs of 6.90 EUR are waived. The bulky goods surcharge for large products remains in place. These products are individually marked in the article overview.
DHL shipping costs: 9.90 EUR
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of 500.00 EUR is added to the shipping costs.
Shipping costs for goods mail: 2.95 EUR
We can send small items such as privacy strip clips, replacement clamps or sample sets inexpensively as goods mail. The limit for this shipping option is a weight of 900g.
Please note that goods mail is not insured!

Parcel delivery to Switzerland:
You can easily shop at Sichtschutzstreifen24 via MeinEinkauf.ch at our low shipping costs and, above all, without additional customs duties. The costs for shipping your order are based on the shipping costs for shipments within Germany plus a service fee to MeinEinkauf.ch.
To do this, proceed as follows:
- Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal @meineinkauf.ch email address.
- With the personal @meineinkauf.ch email address you can now create a customer account in our online shop Sichtschutzstreifen24.
- Place your order at Sichtschutzstreifen24 using your personal @meineinkauf.ch email address.

In addition to addressing MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method. - All order and shipping information is automatically forwarded from your @meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address. The MeinEinkauf.ch team will also be kept informed of the status of your order so that it can be sent to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible.
You can then view the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt on www.meineinkauf.ch under "My Orders". - You pay for the goods you ordered directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch with your goods.
Information about parcel shipping:
Orders of in-stock products that are fully paid for by 2 p.m. are usually shipped on the same working day.
We always ship your order as a trackable shipment with DHL or GLS. Parcel shipments are always insured. We participate in DHL's GoGreen program and therefore ship in a climate-neutral manner.
Self-pick-up Click&Collect
Self-collection customers can find our collection warehouse at the following address. Please refrain from unannounced collections. As soon as your order is available for collection, you will receive a collection notification from us. You can find more information under Collection service - Click & Collect.

Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 10 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 20 days after the contract has been concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of the payment instruction).
No deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
